This webinar introduces Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems and will go into a basic level of detail regarding how they work etc.  It will also touch on relevant subjects such as Hydrostatic Testing, Acoustic Nozzles and Space Comparisons between inert gas systems and halocarbon agents.

Learning outcomes:
After attending this presentation, attendees will have an appreciation for how clean agent fire suppression systems work, where they are used, how they are applied, what criteria is taken into consideration when they are being designed etc.

Who is it for?
This is a basic level presentation for anyone who may not have had much exposure to clean agent gaseous fire suppression systems in the past, but wants to become familiar with some of the key fundamentals around this topic.

 

Presenter: Steve Sims

Steve joined the fire industry in 1996 after graduating with an Honours Degree in Engineering and has held a number of positions ranging from gaseous suppression systems designer in the early part of his career at Hygood Ltd, to head of the UK sales team, to his current role as our Business Development Manager for Engineered Systems for the EU&A region, specialising in particular in clean agent gaseous fire suppression systems.
